Kodak House

The Grade II listed seven storey building was built in 1911 as the former European HQ for photography experts Kodak company. The building has underwent a £16 million extensive refurbishment and restoration to an open plan CAT A office space compromising of 7,360 sq. m from the ground to the seventh floor.

The existing façade has been restored maintaining it’s fascinating heritage. The building has been re-modelled over the years, although this as been the first time in over a century it has undertaken a transformation. The building is designed to achieve sustainability benchmarks with WELL GOLD, BREEAM Excellent.
