Apprenticeships
NUGENT are passionate about enrolling Mechanical & Electrical Apprentices to our evolving team.
An Apprenticeship is an opportunity to study & learn on the job while developing a wide range of industry knowledge. The individuals commit to both their college training alongside the demands of their day-to-day job on site. The Apprentices are provided with a Site Supervisor whom is their on-site mentor to guide & train them throughout their Apprenticeship programme.
The Apprentices study NVQ Electrotechnical (Electrical Installation) & NVQ Plumbing & Heating alongside their colleges.
Our current Apprentices are studying with South West College, Northern Regional College, Building Services Academy (BSA) & Belfast Metropolitan College.
Upon completion, if successful, the individuals are offered full time employment.
Supply Chain
Est. in 1963, NUGENT have since formed strong, lasting relationships with our sub-contractors. We establish trust within our supply chain through careful pre-qualification of sub-contractors and suppliers. Continuous use of the supply chain ensures our team are committed to delivering the highest quality services.
