Cromwell Place

Architects Buckley Gray Yeoman has created the stunning Cromwell Place arts hub from five Georgian terrace houses. Cromwell Place is South Kensington, London has been refurbished to include 14 exhibition spaces along with art storage facilities, viewing rooms, offices, and hot desks. The five buildings dated back to 1858, therefore the update was much needed for the gallery.

Michael Nugent Ltd provided full Mechanical and Electrical Services including bespoke services for the Grade II listed town house including; damp alarm, climate control and humidity control. These systems allow the building to cater for the valuable pieces of art which require special protection and preservation.

Working in conjunction with main contractor Gilbert Ash, Michael Nugent Ltd have provided the mechanical and electrical services for the stunning galleries.
