Almac Group – Laboratories

Pharmaceutical giant Almac Group are expanding globally and as part of this global expansion, have invested in building a new laboratory and office facility at their headquarters in Craigavon, Co. Armagh. This welcomed investment will see 170 employees transferred to the new building.

Michael Nugent Ltd provided a full mechanical and electrical services installation for this significant commercial investment. Our work for Almac Group was carried out in two phases; phase one saw the construction of Blocks B & C which consisted of Grade-A office facilities, and phase two was the construction of Block A, which constituted the high-spec laboratory. The Block B & C offices are all fitted with the most up-to-date mechanical and electrical solutions available, making for high quality office space for Almac’s growing workforce. The state-of-the-art laboratory in Block A has matched this standard, where we have installed specialist services such as fume cupboards and laboratory gas.
