The building is 12 storeys high comprising of 407 luxurious student rooms, communal living space, kitchens, ground floor retail units, offices, shared common rooms and car parking. Amenities within the building include common rooms, social areas, games room, cinema room, quiet sanctuary and a court yard.

Mechanical and Electrical services include; ventilation supply and installation, gas fired water heaters, BMS control, CCTV systems, sub-mains cabling and disabled refuge systems.

Working in conjunction with main contractor Turkington Construction, Michael Nugent Ltd have provided the mechanical and electrical services for this remarkable project.
