NUGENT carried out the MEP works at Almac Craigavon HQ.  The Almac CR8B Commercial Manufacturing and Packaging Expansion spans across 5,200M sq including laboratories, offices, storage rooms and other departments. Well done to Main Contractors Heron Bros on the first class project delivery.

Our NUGENT team provided our MEP services and Building Information Modelling (BIM) utilising MMC, DFMA, off-site Fabrication and Lean Construction Techniques. 

Digital Construction is a great method to enhance our MEP installations through the fantastic use of 3D capabilities utilising BIM for our heavily serviced projects.  The roof plantroom model looks identical to our MEP installation on site, well done team! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
