NUGENT have complete our MEP services at 48-52 York Street Student Accommodation development which is based in the busy inner city of Belfast. The accommodation was developed to house the high footfall of students at Ulster University Belfast Campus.

48 – 52 York Street is prime location for students, directly opposite to Ulster University Belfast Campus on York Street and adjacent to 123 York Street & LIV Student which NUGENT completed MEP Installation for in previous years. With excellent access to the motorway networks and wide range of transport, the accommodation is a fantastic location for students.

The £30 million, 11 storey student accommodation has 307 studios with communal areas including an entrance lobby and reception, podium garden, gym, indoor / outdoor yoga studio, games room, TV lounge, meeting rooms and informal study areas as well as ground retail units.

The project was complete in a rapid 15 months turnaround.
