NI Science Park 1-3

The Northern Ireland Science Park offers administrative facilities to knowledge-based enterprises. Spanning across three buildings and two glazed hinges – and at 210,000 squared foot in size – Building 1 of the Science Park holds numerous offices, laboratories, catering and conference facilities.

The unique design of the building means all pumping and ventilation pipes are exposed with no ceiling, so installation had to be succinct, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The design and installation process was therefore particularly challenging yet our skilled engineers ensured each fitting was carried out to the highest of standards. Although complex, we took great pride in being part of this state-of-the-art development.

Spanning across three buildings and two glass-hinges at 210,000 squared foot in size, the Northern Ireland Science Park offers the best administrative facilities for knowledge-based businesses. The park contains two Concourse buildings, the second of which holds numerous offices, laboratories and conference rooms.

Michael Nugent supplied all mechanical services to Building 2 during its construction. Much like Building 1, its unique design means all pumping and ventilation pipes are exposed with no ceiling, so installation had to be succinct, tidy and aesthetically pleasing.
