Laser House

The 1960’s original building, formally the printing press and gin
distillery in London’s Clerkwell is being transformed into a new
creative hub. The historic building is undergoing a £15m
redevelopment transforming the building into office spaces
maintaining the fascinating heritage.

The building will remain largely retained, with only partial
demolition and construction of the extensions to the existing
building fronting Goswell Road and Pear Tree Street. Architects
Buckley Gray Yeoman have used sustainable options
respecting the developments past and enhancing its future.
On completion, the creative hub will offer 74,000sq. ft of
modern workspace and retail across six storeys
accommodating 850 people plus.

Working in conjunction with main contractor GRAHAMS
Construction, Michael Nugent Ltd are providing the full
mechanical and electrical services for the prestigious project.
