CDE Global Headquarters

CDE Global Headquarters in Cookstown has enabled the business to continue to expand its team providing for over 400 staff across areas including engineering, product development and business services. It is the world’s largest campus dedicated to the wet processing of materials in the sand and aggregates, mining, construction and demolition waste recycling, industrial sands and environmental sectors. The new building not only accommodates this growth in numbers but also allows for further expansion. The state of the art offices spanning over 5,000sq/m provide the CDE team with an environment that matches their excellence, ambition and reputation. The new space supports collaboration and team working, crucial for delivering new ideas, products and innovations.

Michael Nugent Ltd provided a full Mechanical and Electrical services installation for this commercial project, an area where we have significant experience. The building is a large open controlled environment therefore requiring the installation of specialised services such as ventilation, fully controlled AC installation and automated BEMS installation linked to headquarters. All electrical systems such as lighting, security/fire alarms, general power accessories and mechanical controls cabling were also provided.
