NUGENT are thrilled to be shortlisted as a finalist for two awards at the Offsite Awards 2024!

-Digital Construction & BIM Award – Almac CR8B Commercial Manufacturing & Packaging project

-Best Use of MEP or POD Technology – Almac CR8B Commercial Manufacturing & Packaging project

We provided MEP services & BIM techniques utilising MMC, DFMA, off-site Fabrication & Lean Construction Techniques for the project which was a live working pharmaceutical company with high football.
Our Digital Construction, Pre-Construction and OSM team worked diligently on the project to enhance our MEP installations through the fantastic use of 3D capabilities utilising BIM 360, Autodesk AEC Collection, Procore, OpenSpace and COBie for the heavily serviced project.
