Team Building at NUGENT

September was a fantastic month for our NUGENT team — we had not one, but two brilliant opportunities to reconnect, have fun, and celebrate the people who make our workplace so special. Both events took place around the green pitch, though in very different ways!

🏇 A Day at Down Royal Racecourse
Team NUGENT enjoyed a memorable day out at Down Royal Racecourse, soaking up the atmosphere and excitement of the races. It was more than just a day out — it was a chance to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and team spirit that drive everything we do at NUGENT.

Taking time away from the workplace to relax, share experiences, and enjoy each other’s company plays a huge part in supporting wellbeing, collaboration, and our strong company culture. 👏

⚽ Team Building on the Football Pitch
We also laced up our boots for a fun-filled football team-building day! A massive thanks to J&K Coaches for getting us there in comfort and to Bolt Deli (Keith McGregor) for keeping us fuelled with a delicious lunch — both made the day even better.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our hardworking team, enjoy some friendly competition, and build connections off the pitch too. Congratulations to the winning team, MurderOnZidancesFloor FC — well played! 🏆
