Digital Design & Offsite Manufacturing
NUGENT embraces a fully integrated, digital-first approach. Working to BIM Level 2 compliance, we used single co-ordinated 3D models across all stages to deliver complete design solutions. Through our Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) facility in Pomeroy, we designed, built, and tested modular systems prior to site installation — maximising efficiency, quality, and safety.
This project showcases not only our engineering expertise but also our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivery. We are delighted to have played a key role in a development that will serve students and the wider community for generations to come.
