NUGENT’s Chosen Charity of the Year for 2026 – Alzheimer’s Society

We are proud to announce Alzheimer’s Society as NUGENT’s Charity of the Year for 2026. Throughout the year, we will be supporting the charity through a range of fundraising activities, including events organised by Alzheimer’s Society as well as initiatives led by our own team. Our goal is to raise vital funds while increasing awareness of dementia and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Alzheimer’s Society provides essential support to people living with dementia, helping them navigate the daily challenges they face and ensuring they are not alone at any stage of their journey.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Louise McAnea, Regional Fundraiser for Northern Ireland, for taking the time to introduce herself and the work of Alzheimer’s Society to the NUGENT team. Louise shared valuable insight into how the charity supports those affected by dementia and highlighted the crucial role fundraising plays in continuing this important work.
