Harrods H Beauty, Chester – Specialist MEP Installation

In February, we successfully completed the full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installation for the new Harrods H Beauty retail store in Chester.

Our scope of works included the design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all essential building services required to support a premium retail environment. This encompassed high-performance HVAC systems for effective climate control, specialist electrical installations designed to meet the demands of luxury retail lighting and power, and fully integrated plumbing systems serving both the salon facilities and customer amenities.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client, design team, and other trades to ensure seamless coordination and delivery within a demanding programme. Particular care was taken to meet the high-quality standards synonymous with the Harrods brand, ensuring every installation complemented the store’s premium interior while delivering exceptional performance and reliability.

The completed MEP infrastructure provides an energy-efficient, fully commissioned building services solution that supports the day-to-day operation of the store and contributes to an outstanding customer experience.
