123 York Street Student Accommodation in Belfast City Centre Welcomes Students

As Ulster University, Jordanstown relocate their university facilities into Belfast City Centre, accommodation for the students was much needed! The new £20m state-of-the-art student housing is in a great location enabling the accommodation to cater for both Ulster University and Queens University students.

The original site was previously part occupied by a five-story office building known as Phillip House which was demolished in May 2017. The new 12 storey building now comprises of 407 luxurious student rooms, communal living space, kitchens, ground floor retail units, offices, shared common rooms and car parking. Amenities within the building include common rooms, social areas, games room, cinema room, quiet sanctuary and a court yard.

123 York Street is a landmark project located in the heart of the city centre, providing affordable tenancy length stays and room options to student-led events and career advice. RMI Architects have completed stunning designs, creating high-level detailing of the modern facilities creating vibrant colours to the accommodation.
